how to be more effective at work

Here are tips to help you have a good attention at work place;

1) do a priority: Although a lot of work must be able to divide the work more important and less important to push, you can do it effectively and do not waste time. If you do not know the job is a priority, you will not be able to accomplish any job and even cause a very complex and no longer want to do.

2) records what is important: remember that your brain can not remember everything, so the best option that you have recorded everything that is especially important work to be done first.  So when you have written in the book that can help you do those things, comprehensive and also not hard to recall.

3) some time to relax: even machines need time to rest that person. When you feel tired and struggling because of too much time spent on the job, must be afforded the time to rest immediately because this can help break your spirit returned to the original and can complete the work continued.

4) adequate sleep: sleep is important for everyone because if insomnia enough, your health is weak and in other tasks can not be good. And so are trying to get enough sleep, and this problem must be addressed urgently.

5) Exercise regularly : exercise is very important because it helps your health, vigor, and it also helps you have a good spirit in the works well. Therefore must take the time to exercise regularly, although busy with work demands.

6) traveling in nature: you should spend some time with nature as much as today, because there are many other toxic out of the vehicle in which destroying the health and causing stress. Nature can really help you get the mood and strengthen the spirit strong.
